Chicken Chow Mein

For a one-of-a-kind Chicken Chow Mein follow the recipe below and don't forget to use your Minnesota Nice Spice Sanook Thai Spice for the ultimate flavor!

  1. In a large pot, sauté celery and onions in oil for approximately 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms (if using), water chestnuts, and chicken.
  3. In a large bowl, blend cornstarch with water. When smooth, add chicken broth, spice, and soy sauce to bowl. Mix well and pour over meat and vegetables.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve over hot, cooked rice and chow Mein noodles.
