Bacon-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
Everything is better wrapped in bacon right? Using your Mill City Spicy Pepper try out this great Bacon-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin. For a more mild flavor use your Great Lakes Garlic & Herb instead.
- 1 pound thin sliced applewood smoked bacon
- One 4-pound beef tenderloin (sliced into 2 inch th
- 1 teaspoons sea salt
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Mill City Spicy Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Great Lakes Garlic & Herb (optional)
Wrap a slice of bacon around each tenderloin and close with a toothpick. Sprinkle a touch of olive oil on each side and season as you like. Let sit for 30 minutes. Heat the grill on medium high. Brush the grate with oil and place steaks on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side or until done.
